About Kevin Huang

Dr Kevin Chung-Che HUANG received his PhD in optoelectronics at the ORC, University of Southampton in 2005. He has been working on chalcogenide thin films fabricated by means of chemical vapour deposition (CVD) since his PhD study at the ORC n 2001. Since then 12 papers have been published and one patent has been granted. To date his work has focussed on non-linear waveguide devices and integrated optical circuit applications. Recently, the CVD project has been expanded to explore the phase-change memory and thin-film solar cell applications.
